3rd class rooms and 3rd class behaviour of staff

Amazing hotel with nice wood decore. The staff are very friendly and the location is fantastic. So peaceful and away from main bust manali. The views are also stunning and there as some great treks nearby. Best hotel in Manali.

Breakfast had good proportions. All were above average and served with tasty tea

The location. For starters - maps will tell you its just 900m from the adarsh gaon gate but that’s a very misleading view because the climb is steeply uphill. So if you are packing heavy, hire an auto. The location is supreme. Its quiet, away from the madness and at night or early hours of the morning the balcony is the place to be to just experience the beauty of peace. The staff is full of warm people who will ensure the highest standards of hospitality and warmth.

Nothing...just hopeless..

View from it is awesome.

Rooms were quite clean and spacious. It has a bed warmer, heater, wooden flooring, aesthetic lights, spacious and beautiful balcony. There is a common sitting area on every floor with a fireplace and couch. Bathroom is way bigger than most of the hotels of Manali. They have 24/7 hot water in the bathroom and they also provide basic toiletries in the bathroom. They also have a huge lawn where you can enjoy your tea with stunning views of snow capped mountains. Coming to the service, it was fantastic. The people working there are very polite and helpful. Used to have great chit-chats with them. Food was also tasty and not at all expensive. They serve a very huge portion of veggies, so even 1 bowl of vegetable or daal/lentil used to be sufficient for 2 people. Overall it is hard to find a stay this great at such an affordable price in Manali. I would always recommend this place in Manali.

everything about the property

Every thing is amazing, You like the view of Hotel Its on top of Hill, Apple Trees are there, Covered from mountains. Rooms Services are good & Thanks to Mr. Chunilal who is manager over there will guide to much better for near by places which need to visit.

The hotel has a great view of the valley and the staff is very supportive. We extended our stay to 4 days because of good hospitality.

Location is quite good walking distance from hidimba temple. View from the hotel is so good.

Away from the crowd.

We were at the hotel for 3 days in the month of June , it was was comfortable stay the rooms were clean and the staff was prompt. The food was simple But delicious. It was peaceful and the views were beautiful. Had plenty of hot water too.

Excellent location

Everything was excellent. The view from the top floors is absolutely stunning. The staff is excellent and the food is lovely. The location is great for people who like to be away from the hustle bustle of the Mall road (the mall road is about a 20 min walk away).

The staff was very accomodating, the manager helped schedule a whole day trip, the views were amazing, the property was clean and well maintained.

The location is excellent, out of the way of the noise and rush of the main part of manali but also accessible (although it’s pretty steep right at the end on a one way road, might be tough for untrained drivers). The views from here are excellent all around. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The courtyard is really nice for warm days. They’ve given generous amounts of room on each floor for the lounge and common balcony so you can get all the views. They take reasonable care of the driver as well (washroom, blankets, tea etc.) This doesn’t feel like a usual hotel, it’s really relaxed and personal. Highly highly recommend

Beautiful view very quiet good breakfast Very good service. The manager was very helpful with everything that we need. The garden is beautiful.
